Call to Order:
Tim called the meeting to order at
7:05pm
Reports from Officers
Secretaries Report – Reading of minutes
was waived.
Treasurer’s Report – Debra Cammack

Corrections to August Financial Report Park is $265.38; lawyer has
recovered $7800 with $742 paid in attorneys fees
·
Anderson is only homeowner due for 2007
·
Recoveries due to lawyer letters
·
Annual report has been filed with secretary of state

Lawyers making homeowners accountable
Reports from Committees
Landscaping
- Not all sprinklers working ( the old Toro not working)
watering done manually
- Complaint of weeds on trail; new landscaping company
forgot
- Tim called city regarding repair of curb on island
ACC
- Two more approvals Norton/roof and Le Doux siding
- Board ust document any conversations with homeowners
regarding ACC
- All ACC requests/approvals must be in writing
- Board will create a bound book of the CCR’s and
distribute door to door obtaining a signature recognizing that every
homeowner has acknowledged that ACC approval is required for roofing, paint
etc.
Old Business
- Ice Cream Social had 35-40 guests. Police came/no fire
truck
- Picnic September 10th. Tim will rent Cotton
Candy machine and grill. Have tent. Everyone sign up to bring side dish and
dessert. Advertise through evite, mailboxes. Send now then follow up with
reminders. Need RSVP for headcount
New Business
- If you see graffiti email or call Sue Fuller so she
knows to clean. $200 fine if not removed.
- Approval by board to give attorney permission to find
owner of Anderson home.
