Off-Leash dogs running loose in our neighborhood are not
allowed. Please report violations immediately to King
County Animal Control at (206) 296-7387 (press 24 to file a
complaint.
The
proposed revision to the Stonebrook covenants regarding roofing
material passed with 113 homeowners voting to approve the measure.
Please remember
that there is still a requirement to submit all projects to the ACC
for approval. Please see the

Rules
and Regulations were adopted by the board of directors
during 2007 setting
a reasonable and fair method to improve the enforcements of our
covenants. This is intended to provide protection to the
neighborhood as a last resort means of motivation to those
few homes that are clearly out of compliance and fail to respond to
the normal friendly reminders. Here you can find an

Stonebrook said farewell to summer
on September 8 with our first
Summer Block Party.
The event was a huge success with a good turnout with fun had by
all. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event
possible!
Coyote
Information. Please keep a close watch on your small pets.
As most of you know a family of coyotes makes their home between our
green belts and
Dash Point State Park. These animals can often be seen and
heard within the neighborhood. In an attempt to relocate some
of the family to Wolf Haven
International, please forward
